Prior to processing any withdrawal, you will be required to submit copies of valid, government-issued Philippine identification documents — such as a UMID card, SSS card, PhilHealth ID, driver's licence, or Philippine passport. pub771 may also request proof of address or proof of payment method at its discretion. KYC verification may take up to three (3) business days. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete and satisfactory.

All transactions on the pub771 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pub771 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and other payment providers as may be added from time to time. The minimum deposit is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for specific promotions.

pub771 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional credits to eligible Players ("Bonus Funds"). Bonus Funds are subject to the following general conditions unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonus Funds carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any withdrawal of Bonus-derived winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified in the promotion. Uncompleted wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any derived winnings.

Any suspected criminal activity detected through the Platform will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Funds associated with suspected fraudulent or criminal activity will be frozen pending investigation.

All content on the pub771 Platform, including but not limited to the pub771 brand name and logo, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of pub771 or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any pub771 content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Upon termination for breach, pub771 may withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, forfeiture of the balance may apply. Where no breach is found, remaining cash balances will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method.

Players may close their own pub771 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any pending bonus balances or unmet wagering requirements will be forfeited. Verified cash balances will be refunded subject to standard KYC requirements.
